History

The cultivation and the use of Saffron dates back over 3,500 years. The saffron threads or stigmas are handpicked and are very delicate and thread-like. They have a naturally bright orange-red color.The highest quality of this spice like our Gathering of Saffron brand is certified as Select Grade or Category I which is well known for it's strong perfume, lovely flavor and excellent coloring capabilities.
